Lincoln ESX-LED™ exposure units will reduce your setup times and energy costs, provide highspeed exposure times, produce long lasting durable exposed screens, and save your print shop money, all at an affordable entry-level price.

LED TECHNOLOGY: Lincoln ESX-LED™ Series Exposure Units delivers quick exposure times, fine line details, and crisp half tones, faster than ever thanks to ESX-LED™ bulb technology. ESX-LED™ bulbs can last more than 10,000 hours, while having no light degradation, no warm up or cool down times, provide consistent repeatable exposure results, and drastically reduce undercutting and light scatter. ESX-LED™ bulb technology utilizes custom high output LED exposure bulbs manufactured specifically for screen printing.

CONTROL PANEL: Lincoln ESX-LED™ Series Exposure Units feature an easy to use control panel that includes controls for the programmable timer with exposure light activation button, safe light inspection bulbs, vacuum pump, and master on / off switch.

EXPOSURE TIMES AND RESULTS: ESX-LED™ bulbs are designed and custom manufactured specifically for screen printing. They omit the perfect UV 405nm wavelength, producing Exposure Times from 10 seconds to 4 minutes. (Exposure time vary depending on emulsion type, thickness, and other variables)

POWER CONSUMPTION: All these features, while only using 20% of the power, florescent tubes or single point units consume, drastically reducing overall operating cost.

USE:

This is a compression lid exposure unit. To get the best exposure, proper compression between mesh-emulsion-film-glass is crucial. Once the screen and foam pad are in place …close the compression lid, and start exposing your screen.
