Vintage Geneva 14k Solid Gold Diamond Watch.  17 Rubis.  Extra Small.  24.7g.   Round Case measuring 18mm with surrounding diamonds.  The clear face is scratched as evident in the pics.  Otherwise Works perfectly and in very good to excellent condition.
