Every component of Turbocharger is NEW -according to the producers descriptions.
Germam Parts and German Quality Re-manufactured (not reconditioned).
If the Turbocharger is returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting a report will be given and charge for repair will be offered.

Each and every turbocharger is built with all new service parts as standard:

The shaft wheel assembly and compressor wheel are assembled and balanced as a rotor on a CIMAT CMT-48 VRS -(300 000 rmp) The rotor is then assembled with a bearing housing, back plate and new service parts to a CHRA (centre housing rotating assembly)
