NOT all items are returnable. Returns are accepted for all STATED listings, according to our T & C and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect. For all returns, we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Goods MUST be returned in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (incl the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items), all seals remain unbroken and for hygiene & safety reasons have not been opened or used. We recommend you return goods via Tracked/Signed service; you are responsible for items lost/damaged in post/transit. Once goods are received in satisfactory condition we will cancel the order and process your refunds. Change of mind post and return postal charges are non-refundable.
