It has the tight binding of new book!  It's in nice condition.

At the bottom of the back cover ~ there are some wavy lines along the bottom.  Looks like water damage, however when you tilt it up:  the pages don't show water damage.  I tried to show that in the last two pictures.

In the 2nd picture ~ I managed to cut the corner off.  It is NOT damaged.
