Our signs are supplied with screws and stand-off wall fixings to match your chosen colours. You will also receive a help guide to walk you through the easy installation.

Customise the sign by choosing colours from the drop-down menus. Consider the wall colour you are thinking of mounting your sign to before ordering, especially if you are considering a 'Frosted' finish material, as wall colour can effect the legibility of the text. 

We determine the ink colour of the 2D text depending on the material colour chosen. Light background colours are best paired with black text and dark background colours are best paired with white text. If you would like to choose, please contact us otherwise it will default. 

2D text is printed and cured with UV inks for the highest and long lasting quality (no vinyl shrinkage!)

Please be aware of other sellers duplicating our Aftercare signs using lower quality materials. We are the original creators with the best quality product!

Your order will be dispatched on a tracked service.

You will receive an email via eBay on the day that your order is dispatched from our workshop. This email will specify your courier and include your tracking number, which you can then use directly on the courier website to keep track of your shipment. 

Please be aware of potential delays to your order due to customs checks. This can happen from time to time and is out of our control. We do not offer refunds in the event of this happening.

Please also be aware of import taxes/duties that are often required to be paid before receiving your order. Amounts payable vary between countries and states.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please do message us BEFORE leaving feedback and we shall do our best to resolve any problems you may have. You can always return the item to us for a refund of the item cost if you have changed your mind or selected the incorrect materials by mistake. In these instances the refund does not include the delivery or return postage costs.

If you find that your order has been damaged during delivery, we will ask you to forward a picture of the damaged parcel and item via eBay message and we will replace it with no further cost to you.
