Faulty Product
Please contact us right away once you become aware of any faults or damage to any item you have purchased from us. Providing us photos of the fault or damage when you contact us will help us determine the best cause of action and allows us to keep records of any reoccurring issues to pass onto the manufacturing department.
If a fault has occurred within the first 30 days of purchasing the item we can offer a replacement, credit or refund. After this period it will be at our discretion and will we follow the stores Warranty Terms.Boating_1 has partnered with Sendle as our major delivery/shipping service. Your order with Sendle will be delivered by either, Couriers Please or Aramex. Please note we cannot control which of these two courier services is chosen for your order. This process is handled by Sendle.
For larger items or express orders Direct Freight Express will be used.
It is important to know that all orders (where applicable), will be sent with Authority to Leave. The couriers are aware to leave the parcel in spots hidden from street view.
If you do not want your parcel to be left unattended, please leave an order note at the checkout and the order will not be sent with any authority to leave. Please note if you do this, it is your responsibility to be home for delivery. Be prepared to collect from a depot or cover the cost of re-delivery charges.
Dispatch time will be within 1 business day of when the order is placed and payment is received.
Delivery times are varied depending on your location. Deliveries going to remote areas will take longer to deliver then metro areas. You will be given an estimated time of delivery from the Sendle tracking number which will give you an indication on when your parcel should be delivered. Please note we cannot launch an investigation into a late parcel until the day after the estimated delivery date given by Sendle.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, unless the item is less than 500 grams and can be sent in a satchel. If you provide a PO Box for your delivery address we will contact you requesting a street address.
Free Shipping
Due to our variable shipping rate, eBay advertises our items as having free shipping.
The majority of areas within Australia are free, yet in some cases additional fees will be requested.
This will be primarily due to where you are located in relation to where the goods are sent from and the size of the carton of certain larger products.
Remote Locations & Islands
Some Remote Locations and Islands may not be serviced by standard delivery and an addition shipping charge may be incurred.
If this is the case we will contact you asap and we will cover up to $10-$40 of the additional costs but any more than that would not be economically viable for us.
