The reason these are seconds and been sold off so cheap is the galvanised finish has tarnished.
So instead of the mop bucket been bright shiny silver they are very dull.
Some also may have light surface rust as per the pictures.
Basically these mop buckets look like they have been around for many years when in reality they haven't.
