LACE up and strap/buckle detailing (but as they have zips do not need to use laces once in desired position) 
- Heel height approx 4 inches to the very top of the instep
-Gridded soles

Boots label says size US 8.5 M and EU 38.5 and generally EU 38.5 is equivalent to a UK 5.5. Generally boots are best if the fit is not too snug so these may suit a lady size UK 4.5 to 5 if you like them a little loose or if you like to wear thick socks but sadly I can never guarantee a fit I can only tell you the EU and US sizing stated on the boots




As with all fashion footwear there is always a possibility of slight marks
