This is a service - EXCHANGE UNIT, so we will require the old alternator back no later than 21 days after getting the parcel from us. We will take care of everything. 
1. Place the order (require deposit £200) 
2. Get it and fitted 
3. Put your old unit in the box and pack it really secure 
4. Then let us know, when it's available for collection at a convenient time and we will send the courier direct to you. Or you can take it to a local drop shop that's close to your location and just drop it off.
5. If we receive a damaged item, the deposit will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

Your item must be returned with original invoice, warranty card and packed in original box and ensure that item is securely wrapped.
Our company will not be responsibility for any loss or damage of goods during transit. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected in case of damage deposit will not be refunded
We will deduct a £20 restocking fee on the price at auction.
We are unable to refund shipping costs. Refunds money are issued within 3 working days after the part returned.
