A really cute hand-pained toby jug depicting Neptune, the Roman god of the sea.  The seahorse handle adds a bit of whimsy.

It was produced by Kelsboro Ware in England.  I wish I had more I could tell you about the piece.  There's not a lot of info online about the company in general or it in particular.

There is some light crazing on the bottom "above" the stamp.  Also, there's a hairline crack in the rim.  But, all in all, the piece is in pretty good shape considering it's probably at least fifty years old.
