Vintage pre-WWII 1930s American Red Cross gray lady uniform.

MEASUREMENTS (approximate):
Bust - 38"
Waist - 30"
Hips - 40"
Length - 45"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 22"

This style uniform dress came out in March 1936. Made by Stein Uniform Co. This uniform would have been worn into the WWII by ladies who had been in the American Red Cross since the 1930s. The uniform was changed in July 1941.

Fairly good condition, but it does have some flaws. Belt loops but the belt is missing (the hem is fairly large, so a belt could be made from the hem). There is a snap at the neck, at the end of the sleeves and snaps on the side. The white collar has some stains. Some spots along the shoulder. Stains on the pocket and one on the hem of the skirt. There is light staining under the arms. I have not made any attempt to launder it - the stains may come out or be lessened.

A note on vintage clothing: I am not the original owner of these items, therefore I cannot guarantee their history. I am a non-smoker myself, but can't say the garment has never been around cigarette smoke or moth balls. While I would never list an item I find to have an offensive odor, I cannot ensure buyers (especially those very sensitive to odors) will feel the same as smell is subjective.

I DO COMBINE SHIPPING! I tried to have it set up to automatically combine shipping costs, but that doesn't always work. If you feel it is not correctly combining shipping, please write in the order notes "combine shipping" or something of that nature when you order (not as a separate message). The note in the order flags it for me so it is easier for me to keep track and refund accordingly. I know there should be a simpler way of doing this, but I haven't figured it out, so this is my best option at the moment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I must declare FULL VALUE on customs forms. This means you may have to pay customs fees upon arrival.
