This listing is for 2 vintage shakers, 2 sets of dice, 14 off-white pieces, 15 brown pieces, and vintage instruction booklet.  Shakers are in good condition.  Dice have some wear, and one white die is cracked.  Pieces are in good shape, but one off-white piece is missing.  These pieces would be great replacement pieces for your vintage game!  Rule book does not appear to have a company name on it.  It is in vintage condition with some discoloration, it is complete and useable.  Printed in Taiwan. It is paperback.
