Vintage brass keyhole bookends. These would have originally featured collectible skeleton key accents that broke off over the years. I still have one half of the key and will include it in case you want to attempt a repair. They still display well and are a good, quality weight. These bookends are slightly mismatched in thickness but the same size overall.
CONDITION: The key portions are broken off cleanly, leaving just the keyhole design. There is some scuffing and darkened tarnish throughout. These have been cleaned but not polished. One bookend is missing the cork pad from the base. There are a couple little dings in the front surfaces of one bookend.
MEASUREMENTS: 5 1/4 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches deep and 3 1/2 inches wide.
