Primula by John Richards, Illustrated by Brigid Edwards, 1993.  Primula is one of the largest and most wide spread garden genera.  In terms of the number of varieties grown, the income generated by the horticulture industry, or its hold over the hearts and minds of the public, only Rhododendron and Rosa can compare with it.  This large 299 page book includes 70 color and 27 black and white illustrations plus a glossary and measurement conversion table, references and an index to plant names.   It is in good condition except for a little damage on the cover (see photos).
