This auction is for a 2 piece Ravinet and Denfert art nouveau sterling silver salt cellers with gold (vermeil) inside the bowls. The pieces are in overall excellent condition with some signs of use. The handles and the cellars are not monogrammed. I don't have a scale so I am not able to disclose the weight of the set. The cellars are approximately 2 1/8" long and 1" tall. The spoons are approximately 2 7/8" long. The cellars have the Ravinet and Denfert mark (R and D with a shamrock in between the R and D). This mark was used from 1891 to 1912. Also each piece is marked with the Minerva 1 mark which indicates 950 / 1000. The spoons are marked with Lapparra and the mark was used between 1902 and 1923 and is marked with the Minerva 1 mark.
