  • All our games consoles will be sent via Evri the same day if purchased before our cutoff time, and should arrive the next day. Please be aware delays can arise from unseen circumstances.

    Any item purchased after the cut-off time will be sent the next day and your product will be with you the day after.

  • We have a 12 month warranty on the Wii console only.

    Should an item become faulty and a replacement was requested, then another will be sent out to you free of charge.

    The warranty does not cover accidental damage, the controller or accessories, and only covers UK purchases.

    To protect ourselves we do record the serial numbers of the consoles.

  • We have a 30 day return policy.

    Your refund will be issued once the item returns back to us and it has been checked, as per eBay's instructions..
