Yerba Mate Verdeflor Naranja 500g - with added Poleo herb and orange flavouring

Verdeflor is an Argentinian Yerba Mate brand that is little known in Poland. Their products are distinguished by the care taken in every production process. The harvest comes from plantations mainly located in the provinces of Misiones and the north-eastern part of Corrientes. The leaves are first subjected to the Sapecado process and then dried with hot air. This ensures that the leaf retains its luscious green colour and acquires its unique character. Thanks to the attention to every detail, Verdeflor is becoming increasingly popular in Argentina, as well as in other parts of the world.

Taste and aroma:

Yerba Mate Verdeflor Naranja is ideal for lovers of herbal and fruity blends. In this case, the pleasantly herbal flavour of the Poleo herb, which is very popular in Argentina, is perfectly combined with the juicy fruitiness of orange. This results in a broken slightly bitter infusion. The fruity note makes Verdeflor Naranja a refreshing drink on hot days, in a terere version of course. By brewing the infusion hot, it can also be enjoyed on cold days, when the citrus aroma will lift your mood, transporting you to a tropical island in your dreams. The infusion itself is characterised by a subtle citrus-herbal flavour and a beautiful orange aroma, so it can be confidently recommended to both experienced matcha drinkers looking for a new experience and those new to the drink.

  • Yerba Mate (Ilex Paraguariansis) country of origin. Argentina,
  • Poleo,
  • orange flavour.

♨️ Brewing method at a glance: ♨️

Pour 15 to 30 g of yerba mate into a container. If you are concerned about too much intensity, you can reduce the portion.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

2 Cover the top opening with your hand, turn the container upside down and shake a few times. When you turn it over, there will be more cut leaves and particles at the bottom of the vessel, which will be retained on the bombilla strainer.

(3) Turning the vessel upright again, arrange the dry on one side of the vessel about 45°. Then place the bombilla where there is the least amount of it. From this point, try not to spin or stir the bombilla.

Pour hot water (at a temperature of no more than 80 °C) over the dry and... enjoy the aroma and taste of the yerba mate! You can add water until the infusion loses its characteristic taste.

Once brewed, the dry can be refilled up to 7 times
