PAH-172 Handheld Wireless Vocal Microphone
The PAH-172 is a vocal microphone suitable for both speaking and live vocal performance. The frequency response replicates that of popular dynamic vocal mics giving crisp, clear mid range sound that rejects feedback. The PAH-172's gain control allows for tweaking of mic's sensitivity to suit the speaking volume of the user. The removable grill allows for easy replacement if damaged. This microphone is perfect for function venues, weddings, seminars and other situations with multiple or animated/mobile speakers. The broadcasting range of this mic is 655-679MHz, making it both legally and functionally suitable for most areas of Australia.

Important Changes To Wireless System Requirements - Digital Dividend
As of 1st of January 2015, any broadcasting system operating in Australia, including wireless microphones and other wireless audio systems, must now operate between 520-694MHz. This is not only a legal requirement, but an operational requirement to prevent interference that can be picked up in commercial broadcasting frequency ranges.
The Pasgao range that SWAMP distributes in Australia generally will have a frequency range between 655-679MHz, though please check the specifications listed.
While 520-694MHz is the general frequency range for operation in Australia without needing approval, the available frequencies bands do vary by location. For more information or to find out how to check available frequencies near you, please read our helpful article about wireless devices in Australia at the following link: Using Wireless Equipment in Australia
