Vintage L&L WMC 1967 Ornate Wall Sconce Globe Lamp, Light, Gold Toned Pot Metal. It doesn't appear to have ever been installed as the wires look new and unused. There are 2 dates on the lamp components,  1966 and 1967.

There are 2 small holes on the bottom of the lamp arm, where baubles can be hung.

There is Not a globe. The globe fitter is 4".
