Vintage Blue w White Kelvin's Hand Blown Art Glass 7” Vase Fluted Edge Japan

This lovely hand blown art glass vase has five graceful flutes at the top.  It is 7" tall, about 3 1/4" across the top with a 2 3/8" base.  

It is in excellent condition with no chips or signs of wear.  The original sticker is on the bottom by the finial.  The sticker has some wear.  Please look at the seven photos.
