Two very unique puppets

The male is approx 21" tall from the top of the blue head decoration
The female is approx 23" tall from the top of her green head decoration

The female's hands are either old plastic or something else that I don't know and have a hole for a pole or something in each hand, with painted nails.  Her hands can be viewed from each side as complete - not like one side has the back of a hand.

The female has a canvass under dress with a stamp on it that I cannot make out.  She is missing her feet.
Her headdress is wood, with some damage on the front and rear - see pics.  There is some damage with the paint on her face.  Her hair is matted and I have not attempted to comb it out. Her dress has a glitter to it and there is a dirty spot on the front.  Her dress clips closed with a push clip at the back of her neck.

The male has wood hands and wooden painted feet.   His headdress on his right side is missing and that on top of his head and on his left seems to be card.  The stitching on his orange belt thing has come loose in places.  There is a loose strip of binding around his head that I have left there.  His blue hair is also matted and I have not tried to comb it out.

I have no history on these two items - and they are presented as found at estate sale.
