Process:
When you have purchased your stirrers, you will need to send us a message with what design, colour and font number you require to design/cut. If you need more designs to choose from just message us through eBay messages.
You will receive a demo design picture (in black) of the font chosen which you will need to confirm before we start the cutting process
Postage and Packaging:
Your item will be sent via Post.
Stirrers will have a brown paper /plastic layer that will be left on top of the acrylic for protection from scratching.
Your item will be bubble wrapped for protection and placed inside a packing box.

There is two options of shipping through Post
- Standard Postage (With Tracking)
- Express Postage
Damages:
If for whatever reason you receive your stirrers are damaged, please inform us by message straight away with a picture of the stirrers that are damaged with the brown paper still attached - if brown paper is removed replacement is void.
