Vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja turtle cape with built in mask on hood. Mask is orange, depicting Michelangelo. Artwork on cape is from series that ran from 1987-1996. I am unsure of exact date of manufacture, as no tags exist on cape. There are a few light stains, an area with a few lost stitches, and some missing material on tips of cape bottom. Minimal wear. This cape would fit a child approximately 3-6 years old.
