This Rare AMERICAN GIRL Pleasant Company Felicity’s Reading And Writing Lesson Set introduced in 1991 and Retired in 2001 is getting hard to find. It is in Very Good Preowned Condition, but is missing quill AND the pink marbled copybook has pages that are written on by a child. The set includes: the pink marbled copybook with the first pages showing Felicity’s Horse drawings and handwriting (last page is marked ©️1991 by Pleasant Company) there are some pages written on, price reflects this condition; wooden hornbook with the Lord’s Prayer and alphabet covered with a transparent cover and leather cord; white porcelain ink well (marked Pleasant Company on the bottom) covered with blue flowers and vines, it has a removable center well with 3 holes to place the quill (missing quill); and metal sander with removable screw on top.
