We are selling this attractive 19th century Impressionist oil painting study on wood panel. The front of this panel is painted with an attractive winter scene in beautiful colors clearly influenced by the French Impressionist School. The reverse features a moody landscape of a lake and storm that is more like the Barbizon American School. The panel is unsigned but is very well executed.
Condition: Some flaking to the paint on one side of the panel.
