Shipping - International

International shipping is priced on the advert and the order will be sent by DPD.

Returns

In the event you are unhappy with your item, you are welcome to return it within 30 working days.

If the reason for return is your choice, please open a return case in your order details and follow the instructions on eBay.

If the reason for return is due to a fault in any way (picking mistake, wrong part in packet, faulty etc.)
then please send us a message to see how we can rectify this for you.

Return postage where KWFM is not at fault will be paid for by the customer.

Where KWFM is at fault, return postage costs will be covered by ourselves.
