Please make sure you are able to reach the T9 hotspot’s unlock page on the T9’s admin user interface by going to http://192.168.0.1

Upon purchasing, please send the IMEI of the T9 and a unique unlock code will be sent to your eBay inbox. 

You may have to change the APN in the T9’s admin user interface after unlocking for data access to work with other SIM cards.
