The book consists essentially of 6 double-page spreads with pop-ups.

In the second pop-up, part of the page can be slid along to reveal a different picture (photos 6-7) and in the fourth pop-up, the fountain handle can be raised to change the picture displayed (photos 9-10).  The last page of the book.explains this and describes the different ways of being able to change the pictures displayed as "action triggers" (see photo 13).
