HO Scale Dockside Switcher Locomotive ATSF Santa Fe Black #98

Tested with 9 volt battery. Light works but the wheels did no respond. Has oxidation. Please see pictures for better detail. Needs couplers. Sold as is no returns. Good project switcher.
