Edgevale Cast Iron Utility Pants, mark2 version, 32x36.

Yes, 36-inch inseam, a length which they don't make anymore. Mushroom brown.

Background: the mark1 version was extra ridiculously slim. This is the mark2 version of cast irons, still really slim... too slim for me. mark2 is still nowhere near what I’d call a classic fit. SLIM

Bought these new from Edgevale probably around 2015(?). Edgevale was a new company then. I tried to make these work out for me; I wore these around house for maybe 10 hours, I tried doing all kinds of motions that I might do during manual labor, before finally surrendering to and admitting that there was no way these were ever going stretch out to fit. I consider myself classic tall body type - 6'3", 170 lbs... these are still too slim for me.

Please look closely at photos. I was really trying to stretch these in to fit me (for that 10 hours indoors) and you’ll some amount of discoloration. I was seriously rolling around and trying yoga poses, trying splits, trying glute-stretch moves, etc. All did nothing as regards stretching but all that trying did manage to discolor fabric slightly to give fabric a little bit of a worn patina. Thus, they look a little preworn, but it is just some hours of attempted stretching.

This cordura fabric is insanely tough. It is not going to stretch out and it will take you a very, very, very long time of hard trail work to ever break through the double knee on these. Definitely do NOT buy these if you don’t know exactly what these are. These are original Edgevale Cast Irons… before the company went soft and metro. Zero stretch. Rugged AF.

Never worn outside for real trial, just indoors, about 10 hours before I gave up due to slimness

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU’RE REALLY SLIM

SHIPPING: for domestic US, I'm using USPS padded flat rate envelope with a couple layers; very secure. For international; the padded flat-rate envelope football thing goes to an ebay shipping center where they repackage it and do all the international paperwork. This listing uses eBay International Shipping Program for outside the US.
