Measuring approx 18.5” x 15.5” frame size and in perfect condition save for a few small frame rub marks, clearly visible in listing photos

With the absence of a visible signature I am unable to say for sure who the artist is

I am listing as I am letting go much of my art collection accrued over the last 3 decades
