4. Refunds: No reason needed. Simply return any purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Just include the eBay Item Number with any returned item.

5. Authenticity: All coins are guaranteed to be genuine for life and may be returned any time for a 100% refund if not genuine.

6. Payment: Take a week to pay if necessary—but let us know you need the time! Let us know if you need more time. With an average of 3000 items listed here on eBay and other sites, we want to allow you ample time to finish shopping so you can take advantage of our combined shipping discounts.

7. Shipping: Our eBay shipping time states 1-5 days. However, 99% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment M-F.

8. Discounts on Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling for single coin and lighter items are anywhere from Free Shipping to $2.49 for the first item and .75 for each additional item.

9. View items: Please use eBay’s picture enlargement feature (available for each coin we sell) to determine if the condition of each coin we sell is to your satisfaction. The picture presented is the grade of the coin.

10. Ask before you buy: Feel free to ask questions before you pay. We take the most realistic pictures we can and rely on these pictures to represent the grade of each coin. Unless there is a condition not visible in the picture, we do not attempt any further written description, however WE ENCOURAGE EVERY BUYER TO PLEASE FEEL FREE to ask us any questions you may have about an item.

11. Grading: WE DO NOT GRADE COINS. Buyers are encouraged to use eBay's enlargement feature located under the picture of every coin we sell. The enlarged picture allows you to determine the condition of an item before you buy it. We use "Better Grade" and "High Grade" as general descriptions that are our opinion as guides to help in your buying decisions. A “Better Grade” coin is in the upper 50% of the population of that coin. A well circulated coin is in the lower 50% a "High Grade" coin is in the upper 20% of the population. We use the grade BU when we believe a coin will grade at or better.

12. Cleaning: Except for those coins in sealed U.S. Mint and Proof Sets, we assume most coins have been cleaned to some degree in their lifetime and we have no proven way that any coin has never been cleaned. Under our assumption, we will gladly give you our opinion if a coin has been cleaned upon your request.
