A very nice HED 3 tri-spoke carbon clincher rear wheel. The wheel is ready to install and ride.  The brand new tire is Continental Gatorskin 700c x 23 with new tube.  Bontrager skewer is included.  The brake surfaces show some wear.  There are some mars in the carbon, but nothing major.  It is close to true.  The cassette is a SRAM Red 11-26 10 speed.  Your drivetrain might require another spacer to be added.
