i have several similar items like this in my collection (all on ebay). there are several variants of this style figurine. metal and non-metal, then metal figure with material stand/bottom, and then there is this one, which is a NOT A metal bottom, metal figure with other material bottom/stand, i think its resin ... i have never seen these before, i can not find them through my own research, but this betty weighs 2.5 ounces, is about over 3 1/4 inches tall. looks like there is a bit of paint missing on top of her hair bow, i didnt even know but i can see it in the super zoooom of the pictures ...
