Feedback is the most important aspect of seller reputation. Shipping costs have been steadily on the rise since 2020. The size of the box your sculpture comes in will be much bigger than the piece to ensure enough packing material and prevent breakage during shipment. We also insure shipments at their full value. We apologize for the shipping costs but they are beyond our control.  Mr. Cain and I enjoy sending his art all over the country and sharing his vision with all of you. 

When unboxing your purchase, please be very gentle and use a box cutter to cut tape and bubble wrap to gently remove from the piece. We hope to receive great feedback in all areas. If there is a problem please let us know immediately so we can help.  

We ship Fed Ex or USPS Priority insured.  We pack every item very well using good boxes and reused packing material suited for the job. If you need faster shipping and would like to pay for expedited services, please send us a message.

Our return policy: Buyer has 24 hours after receipt of delivery to inspect the item for damage or major discrepancy from the listing description and notify us immediately. Item must be packed and returned in the same condition it was sent and insured with a tracking number within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and insurance in both directions.
