External Wear Options Details:

 

Open Box: The device is in flawless cosmetic condition with no visible sign of use.  

 

Minor: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case.

 

Moderate: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches.

 

Heavy: The device is in overall ACCEPTABLE cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing will have signs of HEAVY use with dings and scratches on screen and/or housing.

Minor w/ Burn-in: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case. However, the LCD will have visible Shadow Burn-in. 

 

Moderate w/ Burn-in: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches. However, the LCD will have visible Shadow Burn-in.

 

*Burn-in is when an image or a background gets burned-in to the screen because the screen was on for a long period of time on the highest brightness. This is a common issue with OLED screens and is mostly visible on white backgrounds. Burn-in does not affect the functionality of the device or the screen.

  

Network Carrier Option: 

Unlocked CDMA + GSM: Works on all GSM and CDMA Network carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile etc.

Unlocked GSM : Works on all GSM Network carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile etc. (Will not work on CDMA networks such as Verizon or Sprint)

T-Mobile: The device will be locked to T-Mobile and will only work on the T-Mobile Network.

Metro: The device will be locked to Metro and will only work on the Metro Network.

Straight Talk: The device will be locked to Straight Talk and will only work on the Straight talk Network.

Spectrum: The device will be locked to Spectrum and will only work on the Spectrum Network.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within 4 business days after dispatch depending on your location (We ship using USPS Ground Advantage). You do have the option of expediting the shipping at checkout. 

 

Returns: 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (We provide a Return Label) and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.
