NOS Mopar Accelerator Gas Pedal W/Bezel Dress Up #3577526,
Used on various 70-71-72 ABCE-Body. (see fitment in 14-01-0 Accelerator pedal)
This "526" Pedal with Stainless Steel Bezel is a NOS item which came with the shipping label attached to the pedal. There is some ship label adhesive on the pedal and will need to be cleaned once the label is taken off. It does come off easily with (Goo Gone) adhesive cleaner.
This is the 5.25" long pedal (3577527) that Chrysler had in the early 1970's. This pedal has been superseded many times since. Later in the 70's and 80's the # changed a few times and the pedal was shorter at 4.5" long.
# on the backside of this pedal shows molded part #3577527. The 70-71 Parts book has this "527" # listed without SS bezel for all 70-71 A&E body models and all 71 ABCE models. 72 parts book shows the 3577527 pedal on all models B, J, R, W, P, D, C, V, L. (V, L up to Jan. '72). Not for 1970 B-Body.
The Mopar #3577526 Pedal WITH the SS bezel does not show up in the 70-71-72-73 Chrysler parts books. However, it is the 3577527 pedal (14-01-1) with the 3577528 bezel (14-01-6).
