These are for the Austin Maxi range of cars from1969 - 1982. They are for the rear suspension arms and I think they are called outer arm bearings. Essentially they are big rubber mountings. Originally,the part no would have been 21H 406 but are more commonly referred to as EM 1473 which is a Quinton Hazell no. One of these is a Metalastik part and the other isn't  but both are unused and I can't really see any difference between the two.
