PAYMENT:

• Payment is due within (3) business days.  If more time is needed, please reach out to me as soon as possible.

SHIPPING:

• We will gladly discount shipping on multiple wins if free shipping is not already offered.  The discount will depend on weight, destination, and the items' ability to pack together.  Please wait until you receive a combined invoice before sending payment.
• As we include free shipping with the majority of our items, we reserve the right to choose which shipping service will be used.
• Your item will ship within 1-business day of receiving payment.
• In an effort to reduce costs, we use recycled packing materials such as boxes and newspaper. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

• eBay's Buyer Protection Program lasts for 30 Days from the time of purchase. 
• Refunds will not be issued after 30 days. 
• If your item is accidentally damaged during shipment, picture proof will be required before a refund is issued.  This is needed in order to file an insurance claim.
• If there is an issue with your purchase, please message me before you open a claim.
