KVI will NOT accept returns/refunds on: misordered parts, change of mind, missing gaskets, dried out rubber, missing mounting hardware, small nuts, bolts, cotter pins, etc. If there are any minor issues that do not make the part you are purchasing DEFECTIVE or UNUSABLE, refunds/returns will not be granted. Most of the items for sale by KVI were purchased through manufacturers or car parts stores that have gone out of business. Although these parts are all NEW, they are not always the pristine packaged parts you would expect from other brick and mortar retailers. Some of these parts have been in storage 30 years or more. There could be small amounts of corrosion, scuffs, torn or broken packaging, nicks and scratches from storage. KVI will not sell items that have any of these characteristics that will make the part defective or unusable. These items are NOS OEM, absolutely. NOTE: When we are picking and packing parts, if an original packaged item has loose items inside it, or if the single item inside of the package is moving around. We will open the box and add additional packaging to ensure the item can handle the rough treatment of UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Do not contact us and claim a part is not original because the packaging has been opened. The part you will receive will be the exact part number that is in the description/title. If you are unsure of a fitment of a part to a particular vehicle, contact your local dealer or us with your VIN and we will do our best to confirm compatibility. Please do not rely solely on eBay’s compatibility chart as it is notoriously inaccurate. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the part you are purchasing is the correct part for your application. At KVI we are not mechanics or automotive experts, just distributors. As such, we cannot offer advice as to what parts will fix which issues or give repair advice/instructions.
