All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same condition as you received when sold to you.

We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition.

Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days from the sale date.

Returns postage and packaging costs is paid by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty.

If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a Pre-paid returns label.

Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return.

Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process.

All goods returned must be arranged via the eBay messaging service.

This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties.

When returning the item please leave a note stating a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day after receiving cleared payment, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next available working day.

Orders are not despatched on days which are bank holidays.

All Items are Free postage and sent using royal mail 2nd class.

All orders will be automatically sent to the address that is registered with your eBay account.

All payments must be complete before item can be despatched.

If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact us before the item has been dispatched.

Unfortunately once the item has been marked as dispatched it is then too late to cancel the transaction.

We will always try are best to please all our customers, But on the Rearest occasion when human error does occur we ask you to contact us before leaving feedback.

We will always try to reply to all messages in a 1-2 working day time frame.
