This is an Estate Fresh old Watercolor painting from a long time local collector of Art, oil & Watercolor,  Tempera and other forms.  This nice piece is SWEET SMALL or MINATURE NEW MEXICO LANDSCAPE OIL on CANVAS PAINTING and it unsigned but identified by the artist on the back as Janet Rontz.  Its an original small or Miniature  oil painting framed and ready to go in nice condition as described above.   This is just a sweet piece of the New Mexico Southwest with a Stream flowing out of the Mountains among the Aspens in Fall.    Framed is it 9" tall X 7" wide.
