Shipments will be made every business day until 12:30.
You can choose from the shipping methods available upon completion of purchase.

  • Ordinary shipping: delivery period of 2-5 working days once shipping (no tracking).

  • Urgent shipping: delivery period in 24 working hours once shipping (with tracking).

Off peninsula, we do not have express shipping service, so it will ship with certified shipping.

The return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused, and complete. Second-hand products should show no additional damage or signs of use.

Note: If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping of the product. Otherwise, shipping costs will be borne by the company.
