Your device must at least power on when plugged in.

Please test that it syncs by pairing with your phone, waiting at least one minute, then sync again. If you are able to do this, 

then you likely only need a battery and I can do that for you. 

Firmware 6.46 and older will be problematic with most devices.  I am unable to update those firmwares.  

REWARD: If you have found a way to update those older firmwares, let me know! (6.64 is the latest firmware) (6.60 is the second to last firmware and will work fine

with every device to my knowledge.)

If you're sending in for the button, I will change the battery while I'm in there.  If your sending it in for

the battery and your case is in really rough shape, I will replace it with a gently used one.  This is all

included in the price.  Satisfaction guaranteed.  

If you send in a device that cannot be fixed, you will be refunded, minus the shipping, so make sure

to read the above information regarding what can and cannot be fixed.

Turnaround is typically 7 days or less upon delivery.

You are responsible to ship.  Do not over pay.  My favorite place to buy shipping is through

PayPal/ShipStation.  USPS Ground Advatage 4oz rate is typically around $4-$5  You can probably ship

even cheaper in an envelope with stamps as long as you write "non-machinable", although tracking is preferred.
