Rare Vintage No. 207 Walker Electric Heating Pad w/ Brailway Feeling Eye Switch. 1930s or 40s original box all purpose wetproof. The Walker Company out of Middleboro, Mass.  Heating works but I would encourage display only use. Cord has tape where it connects to pad and is cracked.
