  • If our standard size is not suitable for your wall to wall distant, you can cut the top and bottom rails to make it even smaller. For example: for 1000mm size of the shower door door, which has up to -40mm downsize adjustment , so it can be downsized up to 960mm without cutting anything and in order to downsize even further, top and bottom rails can be cut from the opening side, however, the opening will decrease and the glass panels will overlap each other as much as you cut it.
  • Easy to install, including full installation instruction and all fixings.
  • Shower tray is not included
  • This door can match with the side panel to complete a sliding shower screen.

Shipping:

  • Pickup is available during business hours.

  • Item will be dispatched same day if order placed before cut-off time (11am) of payment being peocessed. Delivery will take between 3-15 business days (depending on customer location)
  • Weekend or after hours delivery are not available.

Returns:

  • Customer can return goods for a refund with in 30 days after the receive date.
  • Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product is manufacture defective.
  • Customers please contact us first before shipping the goods back.
  • items must be returned with their undamaged original packaging and in original condition which is ready for re-sell.
  • Elegantshowers reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight).

1.If you found any damage
If your item happens to damaged, please report it to us within 5 working days after the receive date.We will  request a picture from you to prove that the item is damaged or faulty then we will send out a replacement part immediately.


2.Christmas peak -Delivery delays
Christmas is approaching and because of the high volume of orders, please expect delays in deliveries. Kindly allow extra transit time during this period. We cannot guarantee the date of delivery for items. Estimated delivery time must not be considered as guarantee of delivery.


3.Please do not book a plumber/electrician in advance
WE strictly don't reimburse any cost/invoice of plumber/electrician or any other costs due to delayed delivery as delicery is out of our control. So please do not book a plumber/electrician until you received the item
