30 Day Warranty
This
product comes with warranty against manufacturing defects for a period
of one Month. This does not cover the product where fault is due to
misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the
product has been subject of unauthorised modifications or alterations or
has been the subject of commercial use.
Charger and battery are
not covered under warranty as these are classed as consumables. However,
where a charger is found to be faulty/dead on arrival a replacement
will be provided. Battery does not hold any warranty as these are second
class users. The warranty does not cover any software conflicts created
by user, i.e. virus/ accidentally deleted system files. Please be
advised to check the unit on arrival and if found faulty with any issue
must be reported within 24 hours.
Is your item faulty or damaged?
We
do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t,
our customer services team are here to help. Damage in transit should
be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, by contacting the
customer via ebay message. We reserve the right to send out an engineer
or technician to inspect the goods to confirm the fault before accepting
the return.
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed
your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been
damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more
than reasonably expected.
Please do not return the product and request a refund of the postage.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, accidental damage or expected wear and tear, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not altered in any way, as well as including: All original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags Accessories such as cables, headphones, Case Covers, remote controls, manuals and warranty cards Free gifts or bonus items all items included in a bundle.
