Eight lead crystal sherry or port glasses in the now discontinued Keswick Pattern made by the prestigious glassmakers, Cumbria Crystal of Ulverston, Cumbria, near the English Lake District.

The glasses have bell-shaped bowls over knopped stems. They stand 12.5 cm or 5 inches high and hold a maximum of 50ml. They are hand blown and as such have very slight variations. One of the glasses has its original Cumbria Crystal sticker - see images. Three of the glasses have slightly smaller bases so may have been later replacements.

The bowls have a diameter of approx 6.5 cm and the star-cut bases are a similar diameter other than the three smaller bases which are 5 cm. Cumbria Crystal glassware is a highly respected glassmaker and only sells in prestigious outlets. It is used by royalty and Cumbria Crystal provided the glassware for the dinner table in the hit TV series, Downton Abbey. Daniel Craig as 007 used a Cumbria Crystal whisky glass in the James Bond film, Casino Royale.

The glasses are in excellent condition. Together they weigh 1250g . Perfect for display and use and would grace anyone's dinner table. Please see my other high quality glassware for the table including more Cumbria Crystal Keswick pattern items.
