You are purchasing a service estimate only. When you purchase this estimate, we will provide our shipping address. Once we receive your unit, we will provide an estimate between 1 and 3 days. The estimate fee is applied towards the repair. If the estimate fee covers the repair cost then we will notify you of when to expect the unit repaired and returned. In the event that you decline a repair, you have the option of having us ship the unit back or disposing of it for you. The estimate fee is non-refundable.

When shipping the unit, please enclose a note with your name, address and order number. Also, please wrap very carefully with bubble wrap and place inside a sturdy box.
